Initial Consultation
I offer a free 30 minute consultation for all case types. If you think you need more time than 30 minutes please let me know when you contact me. Anything past the first 30 minutes will be billed at our usual rate of $150 per hour in increments of 1/10 of an hour.
*Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out an intake form.
Advance Fees
If we enter into an attorney-client relationship an Advance Fee must be paid before any work will be started on your case. The Advanced Fee will be placed in a Trust account and paid out as fees are earned. The amount of the Advanced Fee will be determined at your Initial Consultation based on the nature and difficulty of your case.
Once the initial Advanced Fee has been exhausted if there is more work to be done on your case then you will either be required to pay an additional Advanced Fee or depending on the circumstances I will bill you monthly for any additional services provided.
Flat Fees
I offer some services on a Flat Rate basis. After your initial consultation we can discuss whether or not your case would qualify for a Flat Fee Rate.
